Our facility has the latest high speed turning machines.  They have the capabilities of turning an excess of 1800 inches per minute and 100 percent fully automated.  These machines can manage 12 tools at a time which helps us reduce time spent loading different chucks and tooling.  We only use the best machines available.  Our plasma cutter is a CNC machine with bite!  This mean machine uses inert gases paired with an electric arch to produce plasma.  This plasma can cut through multiple materials including high tensile steel and titanium.  Plasma is perfect for cutting thin and thick materials alike.  Hand held plasma cutters can cut up to 2 inches thick while a cnc machine can cut up to 5 inches of material!  A Plasma cutters focused energy is a great way to cut sheet metal and angled shapes.   Recent advancements in this technology has made cnc machines like plasma cutters more affordable and accessible.
